Terms of Use
Version 1.0 — 28 August 2026
1. What these terms are
These terms are the agreement between you and Asim Alatni, operating as Riyaly ("Riyaly", "we"), of Building 8568, Street 221, Al Narjis District, Riyadh 13323, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, about your use of the Riyaly app.
By creating an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not create an account — and if you have one, you can delete it at any time from Settings.
Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with your information. It forms part of these terms.
2. Who can use Riyaly
You must be 18 or over and legally able to enter into this agreement.
One account per person. Your account is yours: keep control of the phone number it is registered to, since that number is how you sign in. Tell us if you think somebody else has access to it.
3. What Riyaly is, and what it is not
Riyaly is a record-keeping tool. You tell it what you are paying and when. It adds those figures up, shows them back to you, and reminds you before a date you have entered arrives.
Riyaly is not financial advice. Nothing in the app is a recommendation to take, keep, cancel, refinance or repay anything. When the app points out that two of your subscriptions are in the same category, or that a commitment has grown over time, it is describing what you recorded — not advising you to act on it. Decisions about your money are yours, and if you want advice you should speak to someone qualified to give it.
Riyaly is not a bank, a lender, a payment service or a financial institution. It holds no money, moves no money, and is not licensed to do either.
Riyaly has no connection to your bank or your accounts. It cannot see a balance, take a payment, or make one. It knows only what you have typed into it.
Riyaly does not pay your bills. A reminder is a reminder. If you dismiss it, ignore it, or never receive it, the payment does not happen. Whatever you owe, you owe to the company you owe it to, on their terms, whatever the app shows.
4. Your information is your responsibility
Riyaly's figures are only as good as what you put into them. If you enter the wrong amount or the wrong date, the app will confidently show you the wrong total and remind you on the wrong day.
You are responsible for:
- entering your commitments accurately and keeping them up to date
- checking anything that matters against the company you actually owe
- your own decisions about your money
We are not responsible for a payment you miss, a total that is wrong because the underlying figure was wrong, or a reminder that did not arrive.
5. Using the app properly
Do not:
- use somebody else's account, or let anybody use yours
- try to reach data that is not yours, or to get around the checks that stop you
- take the app apart, copy it, or try to extract its code
- automate access to it, load it artificially, or interfere with it working for other people
- use it for anything unlawful
If you do any of these we may suspend or close your account. Where that is a serious or repeated matter, we may do so without notice.
6. What it costs
Riyaly is free to use today. There is no subscription, no in-app purchase and no fee of any kind.
If that changes, we will tell you before it affects you, and you will not be charged for anything you have not agreed to. Nothing here obliges you to pay for anything.
7. Reminders
Reminders are a convenience, not a guarantee. They depend on your phone, your network, your notification settings and services outside our control.
Do not rely on Riyaly as your only way of remembering a payment.
You can turn reminders off at any time in Settings.
8. What we are responsible for
We will provide the app with reasonable care and skill.
We do not promise that the app will always be available, will never contain a fault, or will always be right — a bug can produce a wrong figure, and if we find one we will fix it.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for:
- money you lose through a decision you made using the app
- a payment you missed, whether or not a reminder was involved
- a fault in something you entered
- loss of data, where you have deleted it or asked us to
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Where Saudi law gives you rights as a consumer that a contract cannot take away, these terms do not take them away.
9. Stopping
You can stop at any time. Delete your account in Settings. There is a 30-day period during which you can change your mind; after it, your records are permanently deleted, including by us. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what that removes.
We can stop too, if you break these terms, if we are legally required to, or if we discontinue the app. Except where the breach is serious, we will give you reasonable notice and a chance to get your data out first.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change affects you materially we will tell you in the app before it takes effect, and ask you to accept the new version. If you do not want to accept it, you can delete your account.
Continuing to use Riyaly after a change takes effect means you accept it.
11. The app itself
The app, its name, its design and its content belong to us. Using Riyaly does not transfer any of that to you.
What you enter stays yours. We do not claim ownership of your records. We use them only to provide the service, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute.
