Asking from inside the app

Open Settings → Help and support. That page holds the common questions, and a box for asking your own. A question sent that way arrives with your account attached, so there is nothing to look up before answering it.

Asking by email

If you cannot open the app — you cannot sign in, or it will not start — write to [email protected].

It helps to include:

• the phone number you sign in with
• your device and iOS or Android version
• what you were doing when it went wrong

Please do not send passwords, card numbers or bank details. Riyaly never asks for them and has no use for them.

What Riyaly does not do

Riyaly does not connect to your bank. It has no access to any account, card or payment method, it cannot see your balance, and it cannot move money. Every figure in it is one you typed in yourself. If something asks you for banking credentials in Riyaly’s name, it is not us.

Your data

You can delete your account from Settings at any time. What is kept, for how long, and how to get a copy is set out in the Privacy Policy.
